  • Offer valid until 31.12.21.
  • All Commercial Vehicles and on-sold Commercial Vehicles demonstrators eligible for Care Plan Program are included – until first scheduled service or 15 months from warranty start date, whichever comes first, or up until 22,500 km (or 30,000 for MY18 to current Crafter and MY21 onwards Amarok), offer valid until 31.12.2021.
  • Offer valid for eligible Commercial Vehicles. Vehicles with a Care Plan purchased prior to this campaign are not eligible.
  • Offer available in conjunction with all demonstrator and all fleet types.
1. Volkswagen Care Plans are available at participating Volkswagen Dealers for all models and covers standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. These Care Plans can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 22,500 km/15 months (whichever occurs first) for all models except Volkswagen Crafter models, which is 30,000 km/15 months (whichever occurs first). The timeframe takes effect from when the vehicle is first reported in our system as ‘sold’. Discount structure varies by model. For details of what is not included in a scheduled service, please refer to the program terms and conditions.
2. All Volkswagen Genuine Parts® come with a 2 year unlimited kilometre warranty. Conditions and exclusions apply, see www.volkswagen.com.au/warranty for details. Your rights under this warranty are provided in addition to, and in some cases overlap with, consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law and do not limit or replace them.
3. Roadside Assistance membership is provided by AWL Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 trading as ‘Allianz Global Assistance’ (‘Allianz Global Assistance’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to Allianz Global Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.
